Stress.

My beloved friends, family & people. Please - do not let stress in the society take away your mindfulness. Do not let the stress take away your calm breathing with your loved one, or within yourself. Take a moment every now and then to relax and wind down. To breathe and to close your eyes. To be here and now. Listen to the sound of the ocean waves, the calming breeze or the birds who sings. Do not let society break your life apart to something unhuman. Cause we are all human and we all need to take a moment. We can way to often think that we are superheroes. That we don't need a moment. But we do. And even with our moments of calm breathing - we are superheroes. All in our different ways.
